- Please note that payment must be received by the above deadlines. If paying by bank transfer, please allow sufficient time for payment to be received.

- Please note Student registration should be accompanied by a formal proof or certificate of studentship.

- Please note that on site registration must be paid by cash, traveller's cheque or money order.

- All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

Regular registration includes:

Access to all conference sessions, including the tutorial sessions, hospital tour, post-conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, Niagara Falls Day Excursion, gala dinner and welcome party

Student registration includes:

Includes the same as regular registration.

PhD Seminar
An additional registration cost applies if you plan to attend the PhD Seminar tutorial sessions on July 24/25.

Graduate student funding
A small amount of additional funds is available to help support graduate students attending the ORAHS 2008 conference. We plan to provide modest assistance to a limited number of Ph.D. student attendees. Click here to find out more.

Please note: The amount of funding available for PhD students will be subject to sponsorship efforts etc. Please sign up as early as possible.

Accompany person registration includes:

The Niagara Falls Day Excursion, gala dinner, welcome party, a Toronto City Pass (valid for one week) that provides access to various tourist attractions around Toronto, including the CN Tower, The Toronto Zoo, The Royal Ontario Museum and Toronto Island. A Toronto Transit Commission pass will also accompany this registration which will provide unlimited transit access (one per each registration) for a week in the Toronto Area.

Registration deadlines

Please Note: Conference will not be excepting registration beyond July 15th, 2008. Payment must be received on or before this date to ensure registration is processed. If payment is not received by July 15th, 2008, attendees are able to register on-site at the conference upon arrival in Toronto.
